Delivery destinations
Available delivery options depend on the items in your cart and your shipping address. Enter your address at checkout to see the destinations and rates currently available for your order. If no shipping option appears, contact wearflowstate@gmail.com before ordering. Availability in one country does not mean every product can be delivered worldwide.
Canada rates
- Standard shipping: CA$12.
- Free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal is CA$120 or more after discounts and before tax.
The final shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Custom team orders are quoted separately.
Processing and delivery
Products may ship directly from our suppliers, including suppliers outside Canada. Items in the same order may arrive separately. Processing and transit times vary by product, supplier and destination.
If you need an item by a particular date, contact wearflowstate@gmail.com before placing your order so we can confirm the current estimate. Do not rely on a tournament or event date unless we have confirmed the delivery arrangements.
Tracking and order support
Tracking details will be shared when available from the carrier or supplier. For a delayed, missing or damaged delivery, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Address changes
Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.
Cross-border deliveries
Where a shipment is imported, customs processing may affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need confirmation about import charges for a particular product. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
